Private Patient Terms and Conditions – November 2021

Insured patients

This section will apply to you if your Care is covered by private medical insurance.

Prior to booking your first consultation you will be responsible for checking with your insurer that your policy covers the agreed care. Following confirmation with your insurers, you will be required to provide us with your policy details and authorisation code.
It is the responsibility of the patient to check with their insurers that the policy is valid and provides appropriate cover including any excess. 
You will remain responsible for the balance of your account not paid by you/your insurer.

Self-funding patients

This section will apply if you are paying for your own Care.

The Admission Letter will set out payment contact details and details of the costs.
A 50% deposit of the total cost is required upon booking. 
The remaining balance will be collected on or around week 37 of your pregnancy. 
Failure to pay as above may result in you being care being paused.
